  1. I am so frustrated with this machine. It was working fine, and then I went to dinner and turned it off. When I got back, I pushed the 1/4″ button to reset it, and now the machine eats my fabric, stalls and makes a wad of thread under the fabric, quivers and shakes and won’t go forward.

I’m ready to toss it back to the manufacturer. I have had a Janome built sewing machine since 1975 with no problems. This is the fourth time I’ve used this one and I cant make it work.

  2. BTW, I tried a tech support line and got charged $50, never got the tech person online after waiting 30 minutes and the numbers were going up every time it almost got to my name. They said they would charge $1 for enrollment and I was charged $50 for nothing.
