I own a babylock Jazz 2 and love it. My question is using the zig zag. I have been using zig zag stitch #16 all day and now it will not zig zag. The needle moves as it is suppose to but when it moves over after the straight stitches, the zag does not hold, so therefore all i have is straight lines of stitches. I have rethreaded the machine, rewound the bobbin, changed the needle (not all at once but changed one then tested it). On each change, it works great for about 1 flower, then goes to missing the zag again. Any suggestions?
How do you adjust the bobbin thread. It’s too loose.
